家長通告信函/School Newsletter - Version: 20.06.2015 (ENG)

Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

Please be kindly advised that the last day of Term 2 will be next Saturday, 27/06/2015. The school activities for the last day will be set as the following:

a) 9:15AM - 11:20AM  (Session 1 and Session 2)

-  For Grade 3/4 students only, the parent teacher interview will be held during the morning starting from 9:30AM.

-  For students of other classes, classes will run as normal during the two sessions.

-  School reports will be distributed after class.

b) 11:20AM - 12:00PM  (Session 3)

-  Student performance will be held in the Dining Hall.

-  Students will be dismissed at 12PM.

c) 12:00PM - 12:30PM

Parent teacher interviews for all classes except Grade 3/4 will be held during after school. Parents are welcome to discuss their child's progress with the teachers during this time period.

In addition, please be also informed that the first day of Term 3 is 18/07/2015. There will be nine weeks of school for Term 3. The school dates for the term are outlined as below:
